Been feeling down lately with this whole BA year as I realised that my level of skills are quite low.. .. .. I'll be quite surprise if I get graduated but for now I'm not putting any high hopes. Just gonna do my job and try to finish this last Term.
Anyways, Today got an e-mail from Asa as I need to re-texture the Train model, so I need to work on that again. This just shows that I don't have enough skills to do this kind of job but ah well, practice makes perfect I guess (in my case I need a lot of practice!). I've sent an email to Alex seeking help and have also found a good website that teaches you how to creat a realistic metal texture in Photoshop and I'm just testing it out now.. .. . . .. ..
I'm still animating - been animating Scene 3 last night (just the Bobo model). But if it's from me I bet it still needs a lot of work since I know that animating can be difficult and I'm not great with animating!
Gonna be working (job) tonight so I'm not too sure if I should come in to College tomorrow for the Portfolio lecture.. .. .. .. just wait and see I guess.

U have done the basic texturing with no problems at all so down be down and dont put yourself down - did u see the images I sent u? Not many in our class can do it, Jessica is one, ( Rey is good as well ) - look at her blog and Piccadilly circus - woow- anyway, we don't have to be that advanced but just to get the carriages and some details more realistic, its hard with texturing so don't be down about it! And ofcourse u will graduate!! U are doing animation, texturing and will be doing compositing so u will have stuff for all your folders :)
I am struggling with final cut pro n have been watching tutorials and been looking for tutorials for 2 days, we haven't been taught that much on the course as we are doing so much in so little time - its more about going home and teaching yourself. Jessica and aminata has learned more from sitting home and doing tutorials then from classes in school, i have to learn compositing now - i dont know how to do it haha! So, dont worry, we are all forced to learn some new things but thats also good, we will have tried A LOT of things that we probably wouldn't ( or atleast not me) have tried otherwise :) Now I have to find out how to render out films from final cut pro as alpha chanels so we can get the mist for our film :)
