Researching colours for the Train Model.. .. ..

For the first week back from Easter Break - I've been down and upset lately so I couldn't concentrate with my work for Uni (not really sure why I'm upset really :P) ...But luckily having a good, long, one day off to take my mind off work yesterday - I feel much better (but still moody :S)

I will make myself a new timetable/goal for the last TERM of this course later. As I have given the job to texture the train model I done some research which I completely forgot to post up. I was told the main colours are Cream and Gold for the details and I looked up on the Internet of different coloured trains which could help me:

The Cream and Red seems to go well in this example - the only thing missing is the gold textures for the details i.e. window fame

The possible 'look' of the inside train - wooden floor with red (or maybe a different colour) seats

...And finally more examples of different colours mostly with gold and white (or silver in this case)

Now I'm off to texture the Train model and then get on with the animating!
